I'm proud of people protesting and being able to protest. At first, others may think they are all crazy, but imagine being in a country where people wouldn't be able to stand up for what they believe in... or having a country where people didn't stand up for what they believe in...

Dropping Buttered Toast: Up or down

There is a myth that buttered toast "always" lands buttered-side down. The main/popular logical physics reason is that the buttered side is heavier.

Another physics reason for toast in particular is that the buttered side is softer than the non-buttered side. So, if the toast landed on an edge, then the soft butter side would give way easier to allow that buttered side to fall down first.

Don't Know Don't Know

What you don't know and what you don't know you don't know are two different skill sets. Both are important.

With just the first, you are ignorant and you think you are smart.

With just the second, you know that you are ignorant and there is always more to learn.

With both, you can know what you know and know what you don't know. I'm sure there is more that can be said about that, but I don't know what it is at this time. I'm willing to listen though..
