Pyramid Scheme Of Helping

I want to start a pyramid scheme to help others. People I randomly help must help others and tell them to help others, recursively.

But, then again, you can't force anybody to do something they don't want to do. Though, they may just need to be reminded every now and then to think about others.

We Breathe Through Our Skin

It's an idea that I had a long time ago.

Many years ago I tested holding my breath in water and out of the water. And, I'm pretty sure that it was easier to hold my breathe out of the water.

Though, one possible reason could be that staying under the water requires more energy.

--

About 5-10 months ago I was talking about scuba and reminded that once you are in water, there is a lot more pressure all around you. Thus, it is harder to breath in a full breath. It may be harder to breath in, but it doesn't effect lung capacity.

Being Wealthy

“Having the freedom to maximize one’s life experiences.”

The best definition of wealth I have found.

Goals Are The Most Important! Or Is It Motivation?

Goals without motivation gets you nowhere.

Motivation without goals gets you nothing.

Can't have one without the other?

Positive Negativity

In order to be positive all the time, one must also be negative all the time in order to compare things as not neutral. (Afternote: Just an idea, not the way I always think.)

If one were only positive all the time, then there wouldn't be a comparison of what was normal, thus being positive is now normal for that individual. In the end, they are just neutral all the time.

Is this why I consider myself neutral or realist? Because I don't always compare to other things I can't say that I'm always positive, but I can say that others say/think that I'm always positive.

Salt

Salt should only go on the outside of food items. That way, it can be tasted and still not too unhealthy.

Well, I guess, we (our society) does need preservatives in order to carry foods long distances, save money, produce more, and have less waste.

What is the most optimal food form?

Is the pill the most optimal food form? Something that is small and "easily" swallowed.

Or, is the most optimal food form something like mashed potatoes? They take up a lot of space, but they are easy to swallow also and more filling.

Or, should we be using our teeth more often? Quoting: "Use them or lose them"

Then, something like current-day fruits would be the most optimal form of food because they are filling, we are required to use teeth for the most part, and easy to swallow after chewing.

Another possible food form is something like cereal. It takes on the form of many pills lumped together. The cereal food form is just like the fruit food form except less easy to swallow after chewing. This would either cut up our digestive tract or make it stronger. I'm not sure yet.

Getting to the larger food forms would be the meat category of food. It is like the fruit form except that it requires more muscles to tear the meat into smaller pieces and a lot more chewing to consume it easily. This has the added benefit of making our heads a bit stronger.

But, completely different than all of the above is liquids. I guess, it is most related to the pill form in the way it is consumed (just swallowing). This benefit is that is quick for our quick/instant/now society, it is a little easier to consume than pills for everybody, and it is more filling so that we have better knowledge on when to stop consuming.

This everything liquid-form has already begun to take place. There is now vitamin water, vegetable juice, protein shakes, milkshakes, high-sugar carbonated drinks (soda/pop), injections, and in science you drink a substance that is absorbed in your body so that it helps doctors diagnose your symptoms.

ps - This post originally was just going to be the question, but it was fun creating and walking through these different scenarios made up on the spot.

Stimuli

Overwhelm one of the senses to not think about another. Example, you can use visual stimuli to completely forget what you were thinking. Also, it is possible to think so hard that you forget what you were thinking about.

Why?

Why not?

Vegans

Why are vegans against meat and products from animals? Plants are living things too, even though vegans may not see them living, the plants are still breathing, reproducing, and perhaps have feelings too.

Survival Of The Smartest Or Fittest?

Survival of the smartest or fittest?

1. Background
- The smartest may depend on fittest, or I guess smartest would be able to motivate themselves to get fit [enough]. Or, they would find a way that doesn't require to be fit.
- Fittest would be able to do things through brute force (maybe). They wouldn't be totally dumb. But, if there was a choice between doing something physically with their hands or another method, then hands would be their choice.

2. Getting Moving Food
- Smartest would have the know-how to create traps.
- Fittest would be able to chase down the pigs/food.

3. Safety
- Smartest would create borders or weapons
- Fittest would eventually just scare away other possible predators

Racist Jokes

"Many" people laugh at [some] racist jokes, but are they truly happier after hearing them? At least momentarily? But, eventually, I imagine any feelings would at least consciously go away. So, the best comedy should entertain as well as change people? For the better?
